did 13hrs this week, continuing with my modified trainerroad SSB1 HV (Tues, 3hrs z2 ;Wed, 90min z2, Thurs, 2hr sweet spot; Fri, 60min z2;Sat 2hr sweet spot;Sun 3.4hrs z2). I also bumped my ftp from 290 to 295, my workouts, esp z2, were really on the low side for HR I'd expect to see. I hadn't updated at all in 2021, so hopefully I'll see some gains for 2022 lol Using this more z2 heavy base structure is hopefully a good change in training stimulus to make this happen. This week I'll hopefully do 13.5hrs and next week 14 to wrap up this first block
