The only other place I’ve seen that is on the bikes that belong to a friend of mine who is actually on Team USA. Are you a current or former member of Team USA? not unless you consider wearing the Stars and Stripes at Masters track worlds on a couple of occasions
(not the same as being on the actual National Team )
