Have you had other common prostate issues like frequent urination, weak stream and difficulty urinating before this or is this all new? My dad had prostate cancer so I pay close attention and had noticed my symptoms gradually getting worse over the years (along with urologist visits to check for cancer). In mid 2019, it went from gradual change to much worse. After trying antibiotics for blood in my semen and drugs to shrink my prostate, numerous invasive tests and ultrasounds (to quote my doc "Man, that is a really big prostate" LOL), my urologist finally suggested TURP surgery (we talked about other options and I agreed to the TURP) in early 2020. Since finishing my recovery, I have been very happy with the results. I never would have guessed that I was headed to surgery but I am glad I did it.

Long story short-Listen to your urologist and do what they say. It really does help. I hope that you get this figured out and get back on your bike.
