I believe that is accurate. Report states motorist stayed on the scene. Sad all around, even the motorist likely was traumatized.
I saw a report yesterday of a motorist that ran into a guy on a bike, killed him, and the driver left the scene in Dallas. I saw video of the event from a neighbor's porch camera. It didn't look like a "cyclist" but just some guy trying to get somewhere on his bike early Sunday morning. The driver actually stopped, got out and checked the rider out, and then got back in the vehicle and left. Bad deal. Hope they get the guy that killed him.
