So I've been relegated to the trainer. Tuesday was 3x12 hard starts and settle to sweet spot. Wednesday 3x5 at 110% then 1x12 at 95% in an hour. Neither of these workouts felt hard at any point and he reflected that. Bumping my ftp up for next set.
Today recovery, 45 minutes. Tomorrow touring a potential university for my masters and then openers and carb loading for a crit on Satursay
