Hermes With your fasting, it sounds like you are reducing your food volume as well since you say it is has reduced the amount of food purchased. Are you running a caloric deficit as well as fasting or eating the same calories just in a smaller time frame?
I do not count calories per se. Basically, I eat the same things all the time but very little, if any, snacking. I used to eat a potato and now I eat 1/2 of a potato. I used to have a banana with breakfast and now 1/2 banana and of course I am skipping some breakfasts. My guilty pleasure is avocado spread on fancy rosemary Italian crackers and cheese in the afternoon. My wine consumption is the same. This is not a tough diet but but no candy, cookies, pastry, snacks. I stop eating after dinner and my desert might be sugar free jello or an 80 calorie yogurt. I would be a total food bore at a party.
