While the Gazelle press-fit bb looks uncomfortably crude, IMO they seem to fall under the category of ”good enough”. I’ve seen a few, and they seem pretty much comparable to similarly priced threaded cartridge BBs.
Regarding dust caps/dust seals: If the manufacturer is using a reasonable choice of bearing type, the seal in the bearing should be enough.
