RD reads “Pat 72” which seems to put it near the end of Pelá’s time building. Seatpost came out without much struggle. We also had a set of wheels with low flange Record hubs laced to Ambrosio tubular rims. The bike underwent a flatbar conversion before coming to us, so no Campy brake levers. The 25” seat tube makes this more tempting.
