You can spend time cleaning your white tape. Or you can use black tape and just spend that time riding your bike.
Why don't you just use dirt-colored tape? And paint your bike brown? Do you ever clean your bike? Cleaning bars takes a fraction of the time that you would to clean your chain. Do you clean your chain? Do you know what size your bike is?
