Yes, this is the dealership's signage. I lead a bike/walk advocacy group in the city, we have city staff in our group and they confirmed this wasn't the city's signs.
Is it even legal for businesses to put up their own street signs? I think if I worked for the city I'd have a talk with someone at the dealership about erecting their own signs.
