Soupy and 81-84* here. Got out shortly after six and knocked out 42.75 miles in just under 2:15. That’s 19.0mph for those who don’t like math... including lights (which were favorable but still). New 90’ HR record (156bpm) and 25’ total above 300w. And chased down and mercilessly dropped the Felt IA with 404s that got me at point.

Example of why aero trumps power, to a point. 27 miles, average power 183, average speed, 21.2, which included warm up and and rest between the 2x20' and wandering back to the truck in Z1 at 19.8 miles an hour. I am not looking forward to the 40K TT on the 18th.
