I would get a hitch and a proper rack and then clean at home with a garden hose and brush. I would rather spend the time at home doing it right than just power washing it and throwing it in a car.
For air pumps no idea what bike you have and what tires you are running but if higher pressure tires Topeak Road Morph G and if higher volume tires Topeak Mountain Morph or if you want the gauge Topeak Turbo Morph has a digital one
