Well, poo. Surgeon wants shoulder immobilized for 4 weeks. Using the trainer is approved assuming I don't put weight on the arm. Good times ahead.
Sucks.
But at least you can comfort yourself with the fact that it's going to be a wet end of the year, so most of us are going to be on the trainer anyway.
