breakfast - oatmeal w/ fruit, flax seed and wheat germ
lunch - turkey w/ swiss and lettuce on a whole wheat wrap, yo crunch vanilla yogurt w/ granola
afternoon snack - banana, grail mix (granola + trail mix), cranberries, OJ (I was feeling light headed and nauseous when I got home, so I took in more calories than normal)
dinner - salad w/ homemade oil + vinegar + seasoning dressing (no cheese!), leftover american chop-suey w/ whole wheat pasta.
