What's infuriating is that many people in AZ think the whole thing is a hoax, and refuse to social distance or wear a mask.
In these parts, you have to wear one to get into stores. Some people don’t bother if there is no monitor at the entrance. Some others pull them partially or all the way down once they get inside, especially if they want to talk on the phone. Yesterday I sneered at an elderly guy in Whole Foods who pulled down his mask to talk on his phone. He clearly saw me because he pulled it up after I gave him the look.
