I think the only picture I have is of this CAP 304. I have a couple of them. One my father gave to me as my first fishing reel; a hand-me-down reel that he used in Alaska. The other I found at an antique store for next to nothing. The 304’s are my trout fishing reels. I also have a number of 300’s, with full bails, that I use for bass and walleye.
If I dig around, I think I also have some old Garcias and maybe a Ted Williams spinning reel from Sears. Now that I think about, I probably have a box full of old level winds and fly fishing reels.
I had forgotten that I had one of those when I was 12 or so. It was the only Mitchell reel that I could afford at the time - no idea what happened to it.
