Man, that's super narrow. If the reach isn't right, the elbows would be like sails out in the wind, right?

I don't understand why shallow drop bars are such an unusual thing to find...With so many pointing stems upward in the wind to compensate for deep drop, to bring hands up to a more aero position, it would be a natural to just go with a shallow drop and solve two aero problems at once. I just see things pushing wind and it looks like watts being wadded up and thrown out the window.

I'm not discounting the thought that designing/manufacturing a shallow drop bar which can withstand the same torque and stress without failing is no walk in the park.
