So you build those wheels and now you need to get them tight and true. Same as wheel building, find yourself a good reference site and get to it. If you think you need a dishing tool, here is a cheap DIY that works. The local hardware store will have everything you need. Buy the strip of metal and the bolt/washers/nuts. Drill a hole in the center and install the bolt/washers/nuts. Bend the metal strip and check your angles/sides. That's it, now you have a dishing tool.
