. It's OK - funny enough I'm having issues where my right hip is consistently 'tight'. Probably from sitting/desk work and then the sitting position on the bike. I'm slowly easing back into riding, doing some 15mile-ish social rides; trying to get the fit on the Canyon finally dialed in instead of ignoring the issue(s).
What'd you end up doing to your back? Or.. just time itself?
About 2 years ago I fell, hit my head which pushed my head backwards and transferred a lot of force down my spine and apparently destroyed a disc.
My spine and vertebrae are fine but the disc probably needs to go. Burning pain on both sides from my waist down. No riding since April 2021.
