The question now is whether this 10v Tiagra setup matches the actual setup, grateful if you can further advice:

Actual setup:
- A hub that carries a Sunrace 8 speeds cassette 12-25
- Microshift rear derailleur, long cage. It keeps now minimum 1.5 cm distance from biggest cog (25) and has a large reserve for stretching 3 extra teeth.
- A triple crank

Replacement:
-Tiagra 10 speeds right shifter
-10 speeds Shimano cassette 12-28
-Shimano chain 10 speeds

Thanks
10 speed Tiagra is an anomaly as it uses 11 speed cable pull and will only index 10 speed with a Tiagra 10 speed derailleur.
