It depends on the effort.

If you have 20Kj on top of CP of say 300 watts and you are fresh and make a 350 watt effort, how long can you sustain that?

20,000 watts per second divided by 50 watts = 400 seconds or almost 7 minutes.

If you make a 500 watt effort, the delta of 200 watts can be done for 20,000/200 or 100 seconds.
