I liked living there even though it was pretty run down. It was quiet all the time and the neighbors were cool. Eventually he started drinking so much he couldn't work and finally passed away from it. His sister inherited the house and wouldn't help me with the price. She kicked us out and sold the place. I was lucky to find the rental we live in now but I'd rather be there. Rents here are ridiculous.
