I ride in walking boots with regular socks, the same as in summer. This has worked for me down to -28C/-18F, but currently it only gets down to about -20C/-4F
. I stay away from junky, from my pt of view, cycling specific attire, but clearly it works for some. My boots are currently Hush Puppies Beauceron Ice+ Short. They facilitate walking on ice
