Pretty ****** neighborhood. There are a lot of house flippers in Austin who are buying run down stuff and then remodeling. The end result is a lot of people trying to make tons off the finished product after watching too much HGTV.
No way that thing is worth almost $1,300 per foot, but someone will likely pay it.
You know what they say about fools and their money.
ALWAYS check out the neighborhood on Google Street View. You're supposed to buy the cheapest house in a good neighborhood, not the most expensive in a s**t neighborhood.
