New pulleys or new derailleur?

This is off my 2011 Rockhopper. The bike has been ridden a lot. I recently replaced chain and cassette and now the chain is bouncing on the RD pulleys, which you can see are worn.
I'm not finding replacement pulleys anywhere online. (Tried one set and they were wrong ones so they are going back to Amazon.)
As you can see the top pulley has an offset. The post for the bottom pulley is built onto the hanger bracket, so I can't replace these with a simpler design.

Should I try to find replacement pulleys? I think this is the model I have, from the Sram catalog. It is the one on page 66, I think. https://www.sram.com/globalassets/do...ts-catalog.pdf

My other option would be to buy a whole new derailleur. If so, how would I know which one to get. (Hint: I would strongly welcome suggestions.) Maybe something a little better.
It is a SRAM X-7 Rear Derailleur.

Thank you very much in advance.
