the derailleurs themselves werent cracked. The plastic jockey wheels were. Id rather just replace them before they break while im out riding. I went ahead and put a shimano arabesque group on it. Im saving the cyclone i have for the bike im hoping to get very soon.

if you look at the inside of the fork you can see the flaked off paint



I took it out for its first trip with the new deraileurs and it rides amazing. Ill be adding her to my rotation of bikes that i take to work daily
