Looking for beginner Mountain (hardtail) bike
I plan to get into the mountain bike scene. I'm a beginner at this therefore any valuable information will be greatly appreciated. I came across a used 2016 Cannondale Catalyst 2 listed on Kijiji which I can purchase for 300$. My understanding is that the MSRP in 2016 was 699$ + tx. Does anyone own this model and/or can anyone guide me if this is a good purchase.
I welcome other suggestions as well.
