DIY VO2 workout last night outdoors in the heat. Neighborhood is hilly but mentally Zwift was not an option.
Looking at the power output during the sets, I'm really proud of my discipline holding the power targets. The route was uphill much as possible for the sets. Not quite 5min as even with a right hand turn at some point, not long enough hills and streets.
But the plot was great. Just shifted gears and managed my cadence to make it work.
Got the "wtf wildman" look a few times passing a commuter or other rider during the sets. Lol. Going uphill literally twice as fast as they are. I still gave a friendly head nod and half hearted hand wave.
