Not terribly surprising. Ganna has some Italian street cred. iab reported on CR:

As many know, Luigi Ganna was the winner of the first Giro d'Italia in 1909. By no later than 1913, there were Ganna bicycles. The Ganna team was in existence until the early 1950s and were best known for the team color "Ganna Grigio", or "Ganna Gray". Still being made today.
