interesting but several details point to this being a post-1982 "Pog" and if so would be a product of Marc Rossin (not Sante Pogliaghi). Not a bad deal for $375 (or better if seller will bargain) but it's not the deal of the decade if this had been an earlier frame built by "the Man".
