If anything, the bike is worse as there's a bit of implied danger of being accosted "on the street" that you wouldn't get at a coffee shop. Unwanted attention gets even creepier when there's no one else close by.
I know too many women who have been slipped a mickey at bars to make the same generalization about bars.
