Only which ever one Tom was. Ray didn’t work at the garage. LSS went to grad school at MIT and it was within walking distance from her office. This was before they went national and their show on the WBUR was much sillier and somewhat less car related.
Bizarrely, that show continued to run on local public radio until a few months ago.
