After looking through my files, dug up the ADR replica I had several years ago. It was, indeed, SL. Originally came with the Century finish Athena components (which were sold to a buyer in SE Asia) which were replaced with pretty much NOS Dura Ace 8 speed. I think this one sold for about $1000 in 2018 when the market was hot.
Bottecchia did sell some upscale SLX frames, however. This 88 Team Record was SLX:
