My understanding is that Shimano road double FDs changed actuation ratio at 11 speed along with the RDs (except for the Tiagra 4700 and GRX 10-speed "outliers", which also use the newer 11-speed actuation ratios). But Shimano doesn't seem to offer an 11-speed triple, and I understand they left the Tiagra 4703 pretty much alone with the "old" pull ratio. (Don't know for sure about newer Claris and Sora, but since they're 8 and 9 speed I'd guess they use the older actuation ratios.)
Shimano mountain FDs reportedly also use a different actuation ratio. Don't know the details.
Disclaimer: I've looked multiple times and have never been able to find hard data for
any manufacturer's FD pull ratios (many sites list that info for RDs). The above could well be wrong.
