Pretty common in parts of south central, central and southeast Texas. Where I live in deep south TX "pan dulce" is more the norm but you probably know what that is. All good rewards for riding the bike

That's not unlike the egg and cheese burritos that I used to take on longer rides. The bike shop guys I rode with would kid me about cholesterol but it's just an idea I brought from paving crews I'd worked on.
