Yeah, the Salsa Bell Laps look nice, but having the brifters at an angle like that looks pretty awkward. I run a Campy drivetrain as well, and I think it would be hard to get to the 'thumb-button'.
I run the Ritchey Biomax bars, which I really like for cx. The tops are angled back slightly, and they have a pretty shallow reach/drop. No outward angling on the drops though.
