Yeah, the Salsa Bell Laps look nice, but having the brifters at an angle like that looks pretty awkward. I run a Campy drivetrain as well, and I think it would be hard to get to the 'thumb-button'.
Bell Lap angle is not nearly as extreme as the one in the bars shown in the photo. I don't know what those are, but I agree it looks pretty extreme and would probably take some getting used to.
