Didn't get the house. Realtor wants me to give up the contingency. Says that's why I didn't get it. They went with less money but immediate cash. Not sure I like that idea.
Whats the contingency you were hoping for? We are trying to get my parents to move into my neighborhood. It’s already extremely hard to move into, and my parents want the contingency that only if their house sells will they follow through. I told them it would never work. We shall see.
