We did a 6 week block where the on weeks (2 on/1 off) where there. We spent all of COVID building up to that. I worked the whole time and went to the office, but could compartmentalize things to suit my needs to some extent. It took every bit of recovery I could throw at it and with life returning to more normal and business ratcheting back up, I'm not sure I could effectively manage that for an extended time period again.
