My saddle-to-pedals on the Haanjo isn't quite the same as on the R3, and I am more prone to knee discomfort on the Haanjo, but I don't have a PM on the Haanjo to compare. I haven't checked the saddle setback, but I suspect that there's a difference in ST angle between the two. That said, I'd still want my front end a little higher on the gravel bike vs the roadie.
I've been having a ton of fun trying to set up my 3 bikes with 170mm cranks so that they're as comfy as my bikes with 175s.
