whatever do do before, may I suggest your companion bring you somewhere nice for breakfast or lunch afterwards? Wifey & I have a pact do do this for each other. the 1st 2 for she & I were early, so it was breakfast. her last one, last week, was later, so it was lunch afterwards. she knew a cafe she liked & it had a shady outdoor patio. lovely
