Forgot to say, the issue is not lack of power. The issue is the brakes themselves have had it after several seasons of salty, nasty winter roads. It's time for a new set, so I figured I'd upgrade as well.

As for Koolstop, I've had seriously bad luck with those pads. They stop fine, but unless they're set up exactly right, the squeal is so bad as to make you not want to use them at all!
