FWIW many folks around here retire to Sussex county, Delaware. Cost of living and taxes are low, medical infrastructure is decent, no sales tax. It’s way too flat for a serious climber but the roads are of good quality.
I don't know. Like I said, a friend's daughter went to Vassar and that friend must have said it's cute or something.
