Cook the contamination off your pads in a gas flame for 20-30 seconds. Has never failed for me...until I sweat on them or ride through an oily puddle again.
So how hot do you you get these? They got red hot in short order with a propane torch. They smoked a lot and then caught on fire
(I do have a spare set if I just ruined these)
