130 pounds? You better be a very short person for that weight to be healthy. And if you are a little person that is good, because short people live longer than taller people and have an easier time staying fit, the heart has less work to do, the short bones and light weight make the body more durable and wear less.

It is fun being big and tall when you are young but not when you get older. I have always managed to stay pretty slim, but whenever I have ridden a few hundred miles a week or more and got below 200 pounds people I knew started making comments about me looking 'gaunt", which is defined in the Oxford English Dictionary as; Lean and haggard, especially because of illness, hunger or age.

As long as your woman and you and your doctor like what you are up to great.
