Nope.....Just a very bright visible light that can be seen easily. I did not say it was better, just on a budget works very good for visibility. Doesn’t matter what notification it gives you the rider......it’s the cager who only sees the light blinking and not hear it. Visibility is the key to this day. Bright clothing and a good blinking taillight.
