And mainly because I don't have the right bike for these road conditions since there are normally less than 10 days a year like this here in Texas. But I also hate riding when the temp gets much north of 100F/40C. Last summer was tough with temps above the mid 90s and humidity in the 90s for weeks. This is the time when long for riding your bike in the rain.
