Here is the Sidi Genius mentioned before. I had a pair of these, and only replaced them because I wrecked them doing something stupid. the ratchet strap is replaceable too! one of the things I like about Sidi is that spare parts exist, although they are sometimes hard to find. I don't think we need to tell you that Sidi shoes will last a LONG time!
