I take beet root (powdered) along with turmeric and Braggs ACV daily. Good blood pressure always, heart rate good, ride endurance reasonably good and quick recovery, less soreness in days following multiple rides, better sleep, digestion, less arthritis issues and inflammation, overall better feeling.
Is it the beets? The Turmeric? The ACV? Just the riding? Combination of some or all? Or all in my head?
Who cares, I'm good with it and it isn't going to hurt me. I don't tend to overanalyze some things that seem to be working.
