I'm not a fan of apple's corporate philosophy. Basically, you're saying what everybody already knows - steve jobs is an arrogant prick. You are totally right about that, but their products are good enough IMO that I can disregard steves arrogance. Plus, he kind of has a right to be arrogant he turned apple from a lost and struggling computer company to the biggest consumer hardware company in the US.
